Scope of the Position
The Customer Service Manager ensures that the organization understands and satisfies its customer’s requirements developing customer service policies and procedures and handling inquiries from customers. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible.
Maintains established shipping goals for department.
Establishes measures to improve shipping methods.
Knowledge of all Customer Supplier Portals.
Understands and complies with all Customer Shipping and Delivery Performance Requirements.
All other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office. Emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
