Perform all tasks necessary to produce laser cut parts and stamping as specified by the customer requirements. Customer Focus, Communication, Team Work, Strong organizational skills, Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Strong analytical ability, Accountability and Dependability.Trouble shooting abilities.

• Transfer off-line programming to laser.
• Set-up laser bucks by means of A-B points.
• Manually digitize from master panel.
• Set-up laser bucks, stanchions, and sections for off-line programming.
• Perform laser program logging.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance of laser machine.
• Assist Laser Leader with first piece approval.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Must be able to interact appropriately with customers.
• Must be an active participant in achieving and maintaining quality goals and continuous improvement activities.

• Minimum 4 years laser experience.
• Minimum high school diploma, all additional education from college to training seminars in this related field is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of the operation of NTC 5 Axis Laser.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide possible solutions.
• Possess basic computer skills and work with required software.
• Be able to effectively communicate with others- either verbally or written.
• Ability to apply technical experience and knowledge to unsupervised ongoing projects.
